The Hopewell Public Library has regular monthly events for different audiences, as well as a series of annual events throughout the year.

Weekly Activities

• Children’s Story Time - Mondays at 10:15 am
  

Monthly Activities

• HPL Adult Book Club - Meets the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Come check out the HPL Book Club book of the month at the checkout desk!
• Speaker Series - Our adult program that brings in local authors and other experts for lectures and readings. Takes place September through May, usually on a Wednesday.
• Stitch 'n' Knit - A knitting club that meets the first Tuesday of the month from 2:00 - 4:00 pm
• Night Knitters - a knitting club that meets every other Wednesday evening from 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Annual Events

• ​Seed Exchange - Held in early Spring
• Book Sale - Held annually in early June on the Saturday of the Borough-Wide Yard Sale
• Summer Reading Program - Reading and crafts for children and adults, as well as weekly events in July and August!
• ​Annual Scavenger Hunt - Community town-wide challenge for adults and teens. Self-scheduled through the month of July. Special hunt for children also.
• Halloween Extravaganza - Takes place every year immediately following the Hopewell Fire Department's Halloween Parade
• Holiday Open House - First Sunday in December
